讲座摘要:在全球化背景下，然而,由于不同国家和地区之间存在文化差异,市场营销也面临着诸多挑战。在市场营销知识中，重要的是国家间的制度差异。制度理论将国际化制度环境定义为企业开展国际化活动的“社会游戏规则”，强调塑造国际化行为的正式和非正式制度的重要性。正式制度因素包括管制、政治和经济等方面。东道国严格的管制制度会威胁跨国企业的自主权，进而降低跨国企业进入东道国市场的动机。讲座主要包括巴基斯坦相关飞机引进过程中与不同国家相关制度、市场营销中的文化差异以及相关的弥合方法等相关内容。
讲座嘉宾：Qaisar Abbas教授，现为萨戈达大学（University of Sargodha）教授，常务副校长
专家介绍：经济学博士、经济学博士后，在学术、教学、产业等多个领域专业经验丰富。研究专长为基础设施投资、外国直接投资、制度质量、企业社会责任和治理、营销与企业回报等研究工作。截至目前已指导各院系硕士论文30余篇，在国内外知名期刊上发表论文100余篇。担任中亚区域经济合作研究所(CAREC)主任、Emerald的南亚全球商业研究杂志创始人、管理编委会成员以及巴中商业论坛的创始人和组织者，目前已组织巴基斯坦中国商业论坛、南亚国际会议(SAICON)、国际金融全球论坛等12次国际会议和论坛。
He has earned PhD degree from Nankai University, Tianjin, China whereas completed my Post Doctorate from Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University, United Kingdom in the field of economics and M. Phil & MSc from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad Pakistan.
I have intensively progressive career spanning over 26 years of professional experience on a diverse array of fields comprising of mainly academic and knowledge generation through research, development of linkages between academia & industry, mega events organization and collaborative linkages development and administrative, human resource management and financial management, with national and international agencies/academic institutes are the hall marks of my career.
He has worked as Chief of Research Division at the CAREC Institute (CI) for almost 2.5 years. The Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Institute is an intergovernmental organization dedicated to promoting the economic cooperation in the Central Asia and along the Silk Road through knowledge generation and sharing. The Institute is headquartered in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The Institute acts as a knowledge connector among the five CAREC themes – economic and financial stability; trade, tourism, and economic corridors; infrastructure and economic connectivity; agriculture and water; human development.
Currently working as Vice Chancellor of the University of Sargodha Punjab, Pakistan since September 10, 2022.
