摘要: 性能衰退是导致航空发动机下发的主要原因之一,针对同型号不同个体性能衰退模式差异较大这一问题,提出了基于相似性匹配的发动机剩余寿命预测方法。首先选取排气温度裕度(EGTM)来表征发动机当前性能状态,通过相似修正与狄克松异常值判别消除外在因素影响;然后使用K-means 方法对EGTM 数据进行聚类分析;最后根据欧氏距离法计算预测样本与历史样本间的相似度,依据相似度大小赋予参照样本相应权重来预测发动机剩余寿命。航空公司实际数据验证表明,该方法具有较高的预测精度,能够为维修计划的制定提供可靠依据。

Abstract: Performance degradation is one of the main reasons leading to the aeroengineremoval. Aiming atthe huge difference between individual performance degradation modes of the same type of aeroengine, the engine residual life prediction method based on similarity matching is proposed. Firstly, EGTM is selected to characterize the current performance state of the engine, similar correction and Dixon outliers are used to eliminate the influence of external factors. Secondly, K-means is conducted to the EGTM data. Finally,Euclidean distance method is used to calculate the similarity degree between predicted and historical samples,giving corresponding weight of the reference samples to predict the residual life of the engine. The actual data verification of airlines, shows that the proposed method has high prediction accuracy and can provide reliable basis for maintenance plan.
